Beth also worked as a Strategic Leader at Amazon Web Services, focusing on healthcare and life sciences. In addition, Beth has served as the SVP and Chief Information Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and held executive roles at Ahold and Staples. Beth began their career at Allmerica Financial. Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated expertise in driving digital transformation, implementing innovative technologies, and delivering strategic solutions in the healthcare industry.

Beth O. completed an Executive Certificates program in Strategy & Innovation (October 2020) and Management & Leadership (February 2021) from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business.
