Scott Cha-Choe serves as the SVP and Sr. Relationship Manager for the Eastern Region at CBB Bank since April 2024. Previously, Scott held multiple leadership roles at Consequent Capital Management, LLC, including COO, CFO, Interim CEO, and Chief Compliance Officer, focusing on finance and corporate strategy. Prior experience includes managing commercial relationships at Bank of Hope, co-founding the Korea-Silicon Valley Accelerator, and various senior positions at Strategic Global Capital, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and AXA Advisors. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on East Asian Studies from the University of Southern California.
