Samuel Dorothy is an experienced construction professional with a background in project management and estimating. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Commonwealth Building Inc. since October 2024, Samuel previously held the same position at South Coast Improvement Company from June 2023 to October 2024. Additionally, Samuel has extensive experience as an Estimator/Adjuster at Coastwise Adjusters and Building Consultants since February 2014 and worked as a Project Engineer at Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. from June 2019 to September 2023. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
