Victoria Gamble is a seasoned professional in human-centred design, currently serving as Chapter Lead at Commonwealth Bank since May 2017. In this role, Victoria cultivates human-centred practices and leads a team of 25 UX researchers, ensuring a customer-centric approach across the organization. Prior positions at Commonwealth Bank include Experience Chapter Lead, where Victoria spearheaded the CommBank App transformation, and Senior Experience Researcher, enhancing usability testing practices. Victoria's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Blaze Research, KPMG Nunwood, and WorkINProgress Qualitative Research, along with significant contributions to global innovation studies and client-focused projects. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland and additional qualifications in User Experience Design and Strategic Planning.
