Rohit Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Pega technologies, currently serving as a Pega Lead at Commonwealth Bank since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rohit held the position of Pega Lead Decisioning Architect at AGL Energy from January 2021 to February 2022 and Pega Senior Decisioning Architect at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2012 to January 2021. Rohit has a strong background in designing and implementing integrated marketing and decision rule engines to enhance real-time customer journeys. Early career experience includes roles as a Pega Strategy Designer, Pega Developer, and Systems Engineer, as well as project training at Bharti Airtel Limited.
