Priya Thomas-Chopra is a seasoned professional in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager in various capacities at Commonwealth Bank since July 2014, including roles in accreditation learning, capability and learning, network support, and operational support. Prior to this, Priya held the position of Retail Superannuation & Investments Administration Manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia from April 2010 to April 2014. Priya's career began at Accor, where responsibilities included Account Manager for Quality Assurance and Team Manager for Inbound Sales from July 2004 to April 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern Cross University, a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in India, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from TAFE NSW.
