Pamela Stooke is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Technology for Home Purchasing & Settlements at Commonwealth Bank, Pamela previously held the position of Group Head of Software Engineering Practice. At National Australia Bank, Pamela managed the Workflow Automation and Robotics technology department, overseeing multi-million dollar operations and investment budgets to achieve strategic financial goals. Prior experience includes a role as a Lead Information Technology Specialist at Suncorp Group, where digital transformation of insurance mainframe services was prioritized, and as a Senior Transformation Lead at AAA Auto Club South, focusing on project development in billing and production insurance systems. Pamela's career began at Huon Insurance as a Senior Software Development Engineer, contributing to a COBOL mainframe insurance application. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Physics and Computer Science from Victoria University.
