Elle Griffin currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Group Executive, Technology and Chief Information Officer at Commonwealth Bank, a position held since April 2019. With a robust career in regulatory affairs, Elle has progressed through multiple roles in Global Regulatory Affairs within the same organization. Elle is also actively involved with the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney in the Women in the Alliance Program since November 2023 and previously served as a Young Ambassador for The Banking and Finance Oath from May 2020 to March 2022. Elle gained experience in internal oversight at INTERPOL in early 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Advanced French Studies from UNSW, complemented by studies at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
