Megan Monaghan-Hughes, MSW, is a seasoned professional in philanthropy data analysis with extensive experience in various non-profit and health organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Philanthropy Data Analyst at CommonSpirit Health since October 2019, Megan previously held similar roles at Dignity Health and Barrow Neurological Foundation. Early career roles included database management and development coordination at UMOM New Day Centers and Chrysalis Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence, and positions in public engagement and case management at VSO and Quality Care Network. Megan began professional development as a political intern at Equality Arizona and a graduate research assistant at Arizona State University. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Planning, Administration, and Community, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Arizona State University.
