Jaspreet Hari is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and care coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Care Coordination at CommonSpirit Health since January 2018, Jaspreet has previously held the position of Clinical Performance Nurse at Sound Physicians from August 2015 to January 2018. Jaspreet's nursing career began as a Registered Nurse at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, where employment lasted from January 2008 to August 2015, alongside a role as a Registered Nurse at Tracy Outpatient Surgery Center from January 2013 to January 2015. Jaspreet holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from San Joaquin Delta College.
