Pamela Manel (Estigoy) is an experienced professional in the mental health field, currently serving as a Recovery Coach at Common Ground since March 2016, providing crisis intervention and support. In addition, Pamela has been the Executive Director at Peer Choices Inc. since October 2006 and previously worked as a Peer Support Specialist at Sanilac County Community Mental Health from 2004 to 2006. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Eastern Michigan University and has furthered expertise with an Advanced Level Peer Support certification from the Recovery Opportunity Center in Phoenix, AZ, as well as being a certified instructor in Behavior Management from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
