Jenna Pawlak is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as the AVP of Lender Services at CommLoan since June 2021, Jenna coordinates with lenders to update their lending parameters on the platform and facilitates the onboarding of select lenders, ensuring optimal lending options for borrowers. Prior to this role, Jenna was a Senior Account Executive at Yelp from October 2017 to May 2021 and gained valuable experience as a Server at Babbo Italian Eatery from August 2013 to October 2017, where communication and problem-solving skills were essential in delivering excellent customer service. Jenna also worked as a Marketing Specialist at Cryo Solutions USA in 2016, promoting the company’s products to potential clients. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earned in 2016.
