Sharon Ward has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at ComReg since August 2003, where responsibilities include managing a wide range of HR functions with a focus on continuous improvement. Prior roles at ComReg included Human Resource Executive, supporting various HR tasks and initiatives. Previously, Sharon held positions at TUI UK as an Accounts Admin and Holiday Representative, and served as a Team Leader at Mothercare. Sharon's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Work & Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, a BA in Human Resource Management, several qualifications in coaching and training, and a Diploma in HRM. Additionally, Sharon is a member of CIPD.
