Isabelle Vinet has extensive experience in the field of construction oversight and innovation, currently serving as Chef de section in the Direction coordination stratégique & innovation at the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) since January 2011. In this role, Isabelle focuses on training, methods, and innovation within the verification and investigation operations. Previous positions include Chef de l’unité Renseignement in the Direction des enquêtes, where the focus was on intelligence supporting verification and investigations in the construction sector, as well as roles as an enquêteur analyste renseignement and technicienne aux operations. Isabelle possesses a diverse educational background from Université de Montréal, holding a B.Sc. and several certificates in industrial relations, victimology, and criminology, completed between 2011 and 2018.
