Caroline Wheller has extensive experience in commercial development and business transformation. Caroline has held various managerial positions in the public sector, working with different councils to implement cost-saving and income generation programs. With a background in consultancy services and commercial strategy, Caroline has also worked as a Company Secretary for a consultancy firm. Additionally, Caroline is trained and practiced as a work-based coach and has a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of the West of England.
