Matthew Black is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and security management. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager at Commercial since August 2018, Matthew provides strategic direction for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, including roles as ISO Lead and GDPR/Data Protection Lead. Previous roles include Network Manager and IT Infrastructure Analyst at Commercial, where Matthew managed IT support for over 300 staff and provided multi-level IT support. Prior experience includes working as an IT Business Systems Analyst and IT Support Analyst at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, and as a Store Operations Assistant at Marks and Spencer. Matthew holds a BA/BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from the University of Gloucestershire.
