Dirk Nikoleiski has extensive experience in food safety and sanitation, currently serving as Food Safety Director, Regional Manager EMEA, and Senior Food Safety Specialist at Commercial Food Sanitation L.L.C. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Dirk held the position of Associate Director/Senior Research Principal Corporate Sanitation at Mondelēz International from December 2012 to March 2018, where contributions included serving as a Global Subject Matter Expert for sanitation processes. Dirk's career began at Kraft Foods in February 1988, where roles included Corporate Sanitation Manager for Europe and various plant management positions. Dirk holds a Diplom-Ing (FH) degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Applied Science, Lippe-Lemgo in Germany.
