Richard Chafey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in interest rate risk and fixed income portfolio strategy. Currently serving as Managing Director at Commerce Street Capital, LLC since September 2012, Richard has a strong background in leadership roles within the banking sector, including positions as EVP and Treasurer at Laredo National Bank from 1999 to 2008, and as Executive Vice President at Merchants Bank from 1995 to 1999, where Richard chaired the Asset Liability Committee and held the roles of Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer.
