Joe Conaty has 20 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce application development. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the Inkjet Media Division. From 2000 to 2005, they were a Consultant for Fort Point Partners, working on large e-commerce implementations for various companies. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Professional Services Engineer at Art Technology Group, where they acted as a tech lead for Warner Music Group and The Body Shop. In 2007, they began working as an independent contractor for Conaty Consulting, LLC, consulting with ATG Hosting to assist with implementation and launch of a number of ATG websites. In 2008, they became a founding member and CEO of Commerce Architects, where they handle account management and business development activities, leads recruiting efforts, and acts as a mentor to the company's Spokane-based employees.

Joe Conaty attended the University of California, San Diego from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
