Adrian Gajda, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of People Operations and Human Resources. Adrian is currently the Director of People Operations at CommentSold. Prior to that, they worked at Thirty Madison as a Senior People Operations Manager and a People Operations Manager. Before that, they were a People Operations Manager at Flow (Flow Commerce Inc.). Adrian also has experience in Human Resources, having held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Analyst at Vita Coco. Adrian also worked as a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst and an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Vita Coco. In addition, Adrian has experience in payroll coordination, having worked as a Senior Payroll Coordinator at Paychex.

Adrian Gajda, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management from Rutgers University in the period between 2009 and 2013. In August 2022, Adrian obtained the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the institution of SHRM.
