Paula Heiret has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paula started their career at Crane Aerospace & Electronics in 1994 as a Value Stream Manager. Paula then became an Operational Excellence Manager before transitioning to the role of Supply Chain Manager. In 2007, they joined Florida MEP as a Project Manager, where they provided training and coaching to small and medium-sized companies in areas of workforce development and Lean Enterprise Transformation. Paula'sachievements at Florida MEP include increasing and retaining sales by $25.5 million, creating and retaining 345 jobs, and realizing over $8 million in cost savings. In 2011, they joined Command Medical Products, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Manager, where they focused on company-wide continuous improvement. Paula later became the Director of Operations, responsible for production execution, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain for the Ormond Beach, Florida operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations & Operational Excellence at Command Medical Products, Inc. Paula has proven expertise in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supply chain management.
Paula Heiret completed their high school education at Lynnwood High School from 1982 to 1986, earning a diploma in General studies. Following high school, they attended Washington State University from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Paula has also obtained additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from Crane Co. in September 2004, and a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ in December 2012.
