Ricardo Gómez is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Técnico de recursos humanos at CNMV since September 2021, Ricardo previously held the position of Responsable RRHH and HRBP at PROSELCO S.A. from July 2005 to August 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment, supervision of workplace safety policies, absenteeism control, and payroll implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management and Organization from ESIC Business & Marketing School, a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with advanced training in Labor Law and Social Security from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
