Paul O. has over two decades of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Técnico de Supervisión at CNMV in both the Bilbao and Madrid delegations since December 2018, focusing on oversight of investment funds and collective investment schemes. Paul O. has also been a member of Mensa España since July 2010, contributing to the Bilbao organization. Prior to this, Paul O. worked as a Financial Planning Advisor at Kutxabank from January 2002 to December 2018. Paul O. holds a university degree in Business and Administration from the Universidad del País Vasco, an MBA from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, and additional qualifications in financial advising from the European Financial Planning Association and the University of Deusto.
