Francisco Espinosa has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a member of the Technical Committee for Monitoring the Operation of the Iberian Electric System at Red Eléctrica de España since May 2016. Additionally, Francisco has held the position of Professor in the Master's program in Energy Business at Club Español de la Energía since October 2015. Involved with OMI - Polo Español, Francisco has been a member of the Market Agents Committee since 2010, and since January 1997, has been the Managing Partner at ACE - Servicios de Gestión de Energía. Francisco has also been a member of the Consultative Council on Electricity for the CNMC since 1996 and is an active participant with Energía Sin Fronteras since November 2013. Between September 2018 and February 2022, Francisco served on the Management Committee of the Forum for Electrification. Francisco Espinosa earned a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona from 1982 to 1987.
