Israel Bonneau is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, Israel manages a portfolio of office properties ranging from 1.5 to over 2 million square feet, having previously co-managed a 2 million square foot portfolio in the role of Assistant Property Manager. Experience includes building management at Raamco International, overseeing over 500 units across 23 buildings, and property management at Empire Building Management, administrating 1,300 units across 31 buildings.
