Sergio Cerdan is an accomplished financial advisory expert with extensive experience in mid-market M&A transactions, financing, and business valuation. Currently serving as a Partner at Auren Spain since January 2015, Sergio Cerdan also holds academic positions as an M&A Professor at ICADE Comillas Pontifical University and a Professor of Mergers and Acquisitions and Alternative Financing at ESIC Business & Marketing School. Prior experience includes partnership at Confivendis, corporate development management at Auna Group, and roles in investment analysis at Telepizza, COFIR, and Alpha Corporate.
