Flayner Thoffollo is a Product Engineer at COMEXI GROUP, focusing on global project development for the flexible packaging conversion industry since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role in product engineering at AGCO Corporation, contributing to the development of Sprayers and Tractors for the Massey Ferguson and Valtra brands from October 2018 to March 2022. Flayner also served as a Technical Consultant at Soundigital, enhancing packaging solutions to minimize product damages, and held a position in product engineering at Grupo GWTK, where responsibilities included project development and supplier management. Early career experience features manufacturing knowledge gained at John Deere and an apprenticeship at Marisol. Flayner is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ULBRA and a technical degree from the Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial.
