Swapna Gaikwad is a seasoned software automation engineering leader at Comcast since October 2019, specializing in quality assurance and process efficiency while managing cross-functional teams and optimizing automation workflows. Prior to this role, Swapna served as a Test Automation Engineer Lead, focusing on developing automation suites for Xfinity's customer digital self-service pages, and contributed to privacy regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Previously, Swapna worked as a Software Test Engineer at Barclaycard, where responsibilities included compliance and vulnerability automation, and at Applause, focusing on projects like Google Android Payment Wish. Swapna holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, a Bachelor's in Homoeopathy from Shivaji University, and has completed a Business Analytics program at Wharton Executive Education, in addition to being a Certified Scrum Professional.
