Kristina Juros has a diverse work experience background. Kristina started their career as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse at the University Hospital Centre Zagreb, Croatia in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Kristina then transitioned to a Public Health Nurse role at Zagreb County Health Center in 2010, where they stayed until 2011. Kristina returned to the University Hospital Centre Zagreb in 2011 and worked as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse until 2013, after which they became a Registered Nurse until 2015. In 2017, Kristina joined Mater Private Hospital as a Registered Nurse and worked there until 2018. Kristina then ventured into the field of IT, working as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at VMware in 2020. Kristina later became a Technical Support Engineer and continued working at VMware until 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Junior System Engineer, End User Computing at Combis d.o.o.

Kristina Juros began their education in 2000 at the School for Medical Nurses Mlinarska in Zagreb, Croatia, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2004. Kristina then enrolled at the University of Applied Health Science, Professional Study Program in Nursing, also in Zagreb, and completed their Bachelor of Nursing degree from 2005 to 2009.

In terms of certifications, Kristina has obtained several in the field of technology. In 2019, they earned the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. The following year, in 2020, they obtained the VMware vSphere 6.7 Foundations certification from VMware and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.

Kristina continued to expand their expertise by obtaining multiple VMware certifications in 2021, including the VMware Certified Implementation Expert - Data Center Virtualization, VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Deploy, and VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design. Kristina also attained the VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace certification.

In 2021, Kristina obtained the HPE Workload Solution Virtual Desktop Infrastructure certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2022, they acquired the Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA - V) certification from Citrix and the VMware Certified Professional - Desktop Management certification from VMware.

Lastly, Kristina has obtained two additional certifications in 2023. Kristina earned the Igel Certified Professional v2022 certification from IGEL Technology and the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware.
