Steven Gothelf has a strong background in finance and executive leadership roles. Steven started their career at Prime Retail as the EVP of Finance in 1990 and held this position until 2001. In 2002, they joined Combined Properties, Incorporated as the EVP and CFO, a role they held until 2021. Steven then transitioned to become President and COO of the same company in January 2021.

Steven Gothelf attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
