Kala Gulovsen is a Technical Support Manager at Combined Arms since May 2023, also serving as a Hiring our Heroes Salesforce Fellow. Previous experience includes roles as Remote Team Lead and Remote Customer Support Specialist at Seesaw Learning from February 2021 to September 2022, and Help Desk Technician with Lemon Grove School District from January 2019 to August 2020. Kala's earlier career involved positions as a Network Computer Technician, Computer Technician, and Clerical staff at Atascadero Unified School District between August 2013 and November 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Cuesta College, a High School Diploma from Atascadero High School, and training from Trailhead by Salesforce.
