David Otten has extensive experience in military and defense roles, currently serving as Plv Projectleider Doorontwikkeling DGLC and Staff Officer Transition Team DGBADC at the Ministerie van Defensie since August 2000. With roles ranging from Senior Project Officer to Army representative at the Defence Space Security Centre, David demonstrates leadership, project management, and collaboration skills across various international environments. In addition to military service, David Otten runs a photography business established in 2013 and has held positions at Combinatie Jeugdzorg, including Co-trainer TCP and Chairman of the Client Council. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Amsterdam and the Royal Military Academy, among others.
