Mateusz Góra has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mateusz began their career as an Apprentice at Deutsche Bank in 2005. Mateusz then worked at Forpoczta as a Customer Service representative from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Service Desk Agent at ITI Neovision and as a Webmaster at Mijuma.
From 2010 onwards, Mateusz joined Comarch and held various roles. Mateusz started as a Consultant BSS, where they provided operations and support for telecom operators in Billing systems. Mateusz then became a BSS Senior Consultant, handling monthly released business projects, system administration, and development. Mateusz later took on the role of BSS Managed Services Billing Team Leader, managing a team responsible for managing billing systems in telecom operators.
Mateusz then became an IT Service Operations Manager and oversaw the operations of the IT service department. Mateusz subsequently became the Head of BSS Service Level Managers, responsible for managing service level agreements with customers. Mateusz then worked as the Managed Services Director, managing a profit and loss center and providing various services for customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Most recently, they served as the Head of Business Unit Support & Managed Services, managing a large team and providing services to customers worldwide.
Mateusz Góra earned a Master's degree in Information Technology and Econometrics from Krakow University of Economics, completing their studies from 2005 to 2010. Mateusz also obtained various certifications in IT Service Management, including the ITIL Expert Certificate, ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC), and multiple ITIL Intermediate certifications. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate and an Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert.
