Frederic Deman has extensive work experience and has held various leadership positions in several companies. Frederic'smost recent position was as the CEO and Board Member of ComAp Group starting in February 2023. Before that, they worked at Thales, where they served as the EVP IoT and Automotive BU from May 2020 to January 2023 and as the SVP Mobile Connectivity Solutions Worldwide Sales from April 2019 to April 2020. Frederic also held board member roles at OGO SECURITY from October 2018 to January 2021 and served as a Comex member at Wizway Solutions from January 2017 to September 2019.

Prior to that, they worked at GEMALTO DIGITAL SECURITY PRIVATE LIMITED as the SVP Mobile Services & IoT EMEA from January 2017 to March 2019 and as the VP Advanced R&D & Business Efficiency from April 2015 to December 2016. At Netsize, they served as the CEO from January 2011 to March 2015.

Frederic has also held various positions at GEMALTO DIGITAL SECURITY PRIVATE LIMITED, including Managing Director Point of Sales Terminals from May 2010 to December 2010, VP Telecom Asia from July 2007 to April 2010, and Managing Director, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh from May 2005 to June 2007. Frederic also worked as the Vice President - Marketing, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at Axalto Group from April 2003 to April 2005.

Earlier in their career, Frederic worked at Schlumberger as the Business Unit Manager - Public Sector & Transport from January 2002 to March 2003, Marketing Director - Transactions & Prepaid from August 1999 to December 2001, and Product Manager Mobile Communications from September 1996 to July 1999. Frederic started their career as a Sales Manager at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany from October 1994 to August 1996.

Frederic Deman obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Polytech Lille, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they attended INSEAD in the year 2009 and completed the IEP program.
