Arantxa Flamarique Arizaga currently serves as the Product and R&D Director at Comansa, a role held since June 2023. Prior to this position, Arantxa held multiple leadership roles at Jobandtalent from January 2022 to May 2023, including Head of Marketplace & RevOps UK and Head of Marketplace UK. Experience at McKinsey & Company spanned from 2015 to 2021, where Arantxa advanced from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager. Additional roles include Co-Head of Monetization at Adevinta in 2017, and Investment Banking Analyst positions at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Arantxa's educational background encompasses an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MSc in Management from HEC Paris, and an MSc in Civil Engineering and BSc in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universidad del País Vasco, respectively.
