Bryan Rodrigues is an experienced soccer coach and program lead, currently serving as the U13/U14 Head Coach and Program Lead for Columbus Crew since September 2022. Prior to this role, Bryan was the Head Coach at New Jersey Cedar Stars Academy from August 2021 to September 2022 and worked as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at New Jersey City University from March 2019 to September 2022, managing recruitment and training sessions. Additional coaching experience includes positions at SC Vistula, Energy FC, PFD, and USA Sport Group. As a student-athlete at Rutgers University - Newark, Bryan was recognized as an ECAC All-Tournament Team member and served as captain of the Men’s Soccer team. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers Business School, completed in 2020.
