Inica Kotasthane is a dedicated student at Barnard College and Columbia University, pursuing a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology. Serving as the Lead Editor for the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review, Inica oversees a team responsible for editing legal thesis papers and fostering mentorship. Additional experience includes roles as Social Media Editor and Staff Writer for The Columbia Federalist, Operations Support at Columbia Justice Lab, and Co-Chair of the Mutual Aid Fund for The 116th Initiative, providing support to the Columbia community. Inica's internship experiences encompass writing research briefs for the Institute for Women's Policy Research and conducting investigations with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Through various fellowships, including the Roosevelt Network, Inica has developed skills in policy writing and research, further exemplifying a commitment to advocacy and equitable access within the legal field.
