Kalena Lorrain-Chavez is a seasoned professional in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Global Talent Programs at Columbia Sportswear Company since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Portland General Electric as an Instructional Designer, where Kalena focused on leadership training, and at Nike as a Global Instructional Designer responsible for training solutions for the Direct-to-Consumer business. Kalena has also built a diverse skill set through self-employment in training and development consulting, as well as extensive experience in regional training and retail management with MAC Cosmetics and Nordstrom. Kalena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
