Jolene DiSalvo has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, starting from their role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Cavanaugh's on Fifth Avenue, then transitioning to W Seattle as Director of Sales & Marketing. Jolene then moved on to Starwood Hotels & Resorts, eventually becoming the Vice President of Brand Marketing for the Luxury Brands Group. Currently, Jolene holds the position of Senior Vice President at Columbia Hospitality and has been a key contributor to the success and innovation of the W brand since its inception in 1998. Their education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from Washington State University.
