Claire Teahan is a Chemistry Teacher at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School since June 2020, with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant and Lab Manager at Villanova University from May 2016 to May 2020. In the role of Teaching Assistant, Claire executed weekly preparations for General Chemistry lab sections and supervised students, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. As Lab Manager, responsibilities included managing daily lab operations, recording grant expenditures, and mentoring new lab members. Claire also conducted independent research on bimetallic water oxidation catalysts as a Graduate and Undergraduate Researcher. An internship at the National University of Ireland, Galway, provided additional research experience and insight into international lab policies. Claire holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Villanova University.
