Alison Ullman, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Columbia since April 2024 and as a Recruiter at Lee Kimball since June 2023, Alison has also held key roles including Special Education Paraeducator at Reading Public Schools, Sr. Recruiter at New England Biolabs, and HR Manager at SmithGroup following an acquisition of TRO, where Alison was HR Director from 2006 to 2018. Previous positions include HR/Recruiting Manager at Brodeur, Recruiting Assistant at ConRes, and HR Intern at Nextel. Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of New Hampshire.
