Monika Jaiswal-Oliver has extensive experience in academic management and instruction, currently serving as Academic Manager and Adjunct Faculty in the Business and Entrepreneurship department at Columbia College Chicago since October 2012. Previously, Monika co-founded and moderated the Sister 2 Sister Program at Lewis University and held multiple roles there, including Coordinator of the Student Organization Resource Center and Assistant Director of Student Leadership & Involvement. Early career highlights include working as a Junior Loan Officer at Flagship Mortgage and Campus Life Coordinator at Lewis University. Monika's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, an MBA in MIS/Finance, and multiple degrees in Zoology from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and M.S. University.
