Sarah McHan currently holds the position of Manager of Retail Operations at Columbia Care, a role assumed in January 2020 following a progressive career in retail that includes positions from Sales Associate to Supervisor of Retail Operations. Prior to joining Columbia Care, Sarah served as Project Manager at Metal Structures, LLC from December 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the installation of accessory buildings for residential clients in Florida, managing subcontractors, permitting, engineering plans, and ensuring compliance with building codes throughout the construction process.
