CHEMPAKA SARI ABDUL SAMAD is an experienced Human Resources professional with expertise in managing HR functions across various medical institutions. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Columbia Asia Malaysia since May 2023, CHEMPAKA has held similar roles at Ara Damansara Medical Centre and Columbia Asia Hospital Taiping from December 2018 to May 2022. Prior to this, CHEMPAKA worked as Head of Talent Management at KPJ Taiping Medical Centre for eight years, demonstrating strong leadership in the HR field. CHEMPAKA holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, obtained between June 2013 and November 2015.
