Tom Walsh possesses extensive experience in quality management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Colt CZ Group since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions at Smith & Wesson from October 2007 to November 2023, including Director of Procurement, Manufacturing Operations Manager, Director of Quality, and Business Unit Manager for the Rifle Line. Tom also worked as an Operations Management Consultant at Yomo Consulting and held multiple roles at Torrington Bearing Company, Ingersoll Rand, focusing on lean manufacturing and quality. Early in the career at Profiles, Incorporated, Tom served as Director of Manufacturing. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BBA in Operations Management and Economics from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
