Beth Shapiro serves as the Chief Science Officer at Colossal Biosciences. Previously, Beth held academic roles at the University of California, Santa Cruz, as both Professor and Associate Professor. Additional experience includes a position as an Investigator at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and as Assistant Professor of Biology at Penn State University. Beth also directed the Henry Wellcome Ancient Biomolecules Centre at Oxford University.
