Kathleen McClay has a diverse work experience in the financial and accounting field. Kathleen started their career as an Accounting Intern/Accounting Assistant at Pactiv, LLC in December 2010 and worked there until May 2012. Kathleen then joined Core Financial Outsourcing, Inc. as a Staff Accountant from June 2012 to July 2014. Kathleen later joined Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Staff Accountant Financial Reporting from July 2014 to April 2018, and as a Senior Accountant Financial Reporting from May 2018 to March 2020. In 2020, they moved to LifeScan as a Senior Financial Analyst in Global Business Services, where they worked until June 2021. Currently, Kathleen is working at Colorcon® as a General Accounting Supervisor since June 2021 and recently transitioned to the role of Assistant Controller in March 2023.

Kathleen McClay completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from DeSales University between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, having studied there from 2008 to 2012.
