Kevin Oxley has extensive experience in the roofing and construction industry, currently serving as General Manager at Colorado Superior Roofing and Construction since October 2020. In this role, Kevin oversees daily operations, management personnel, and is integral to hiring, training, and strategic direction within residential and commercial roofing. Previously, Kevin held the position of General Manager at All Around Roofing and Exteriors Inc from 2017 to 2020, where leadership resulted in an impressive increase in annual sales from $5 million to $13 million and a significant expansion of the sales team. Kevin also directed project management growth at this company, training sales representatives on advanced techniques and systems. Earlier, as General Manager at Excel Roofing from 2003 to 2017, Kevin consistently exceeded sales goals, achieving annual sales exceeding $23 million, while coordinating the installation of residential roofing. Kevin holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained between September 1981 and June 1985.
