Tom Satterly, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Colorado State University since February 2016, Tom oversees various operational aspects including planning, design, and building maintenance. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at the University of Georgia, where Tom managed facility operations and renovations, and a distinguished career in the United States Navy, culminating as Chief Operating Officer of Naval Facilities Engineering Command, overseeing a regional team responsible for environmental compliance and facilities management for over 1,000 Navy structures. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and advanced degrees in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
