Jake Sherlock is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism, marketing, and education. Currently serving as the Student Media Adviser at Rocky Mountain Student Media Corp. since September 2019, Jake collaborates with students to produce impactful journalism while also engaging in corporate messaging and alumni relations. Jake's freelance work includes writing and web design for Tim O'Connor and Associates and the National Christmas Tree Promotion Board, both since July 2016. Previous roles include consulting for the Wyoming Cancer Coalition, instructing at Laramie County Community College and the University of Wyoming, and directing marketing and communications for the American Numismatic Association. Jake's foundational experience in journalism was shaped at the Missouri School of Journalism and the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, complemented by advanced degrees in journalism and communications from the University of Wyoming.
